10/10 service. Sayed Hosseini the lone star technician servicing my A/C system went above and beyond. He found a faulty sensor, replaced it quickly and got the A/C working again. (Or so we thought).
While completing his service notes in his van. The A/C unit began to turn on and off not cooling the house.
He returned and began troubleshooting once again until finding the issue. (Too much pressure). He stayed and additional few more hours than what was expected from the service call to make sure the A/C was fully operational before he departed.
Mr. Ray was very attentive and thorough. Thank you.
