My experience with the company wasn’t so pleasant. I went through the the coldest week here in Houston with out any heat. I have 3 children and we had to purchase space heaters. During that time, 2 lonestar technicians came by and didn’t even stick around for 10 minutes. They said the problem was a result of lose wiring. They manually turned the furnace on and left. With in 30 minutes my furnace was back to not functioning. I called their office but they were busy they couldn’t send someone until 2 days later.
I finally came across a great employee. His name is Ray Cruz. This employee took his time on our attic and checked every possible problem the furnace could have. /he didn’t leave in 10 minutes. He took over an hour to examine everything. He found the problem and our family was very grateful. If there were more employees like Ray i think this company would be outstanding. My 5 star review is for Ray. Thank you.

Very nice and helpful staff, spoke to Linda there and she took care of everything for us in a very quick and effective way. I definitely recommend the service here as not only did Linda take care of everything, but she made us feel very welcomed with her patience and attentiveness. We will be using them for any future issues.

We have used Lone Star to service several of our rental properties as well as our primary residence in Sugar Land. They have always been prompt, courtesy, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever it takes to meet our heating and cooling needs. We recently replaced the 15 year old system in our home. Lone Star was in/out in less than a day and we are extremely happy with their products and their work. We recommend Lone Star without reservation!

I’m writing this to let the company Lonestar air systems, know that they have a very responsible and considerable employee. Raymond Cruz is a personable & competent person, he really knows what he is doing then he takes the time to explain the issues to where I can understand. He doesn’t talk over my head like some repairmen do. I’m not ashame to say I’m an older lady and live alone and in these times you just don’t let anyone in your home. But Raymond Cruz presents himself and Lonestar in a very professional manner. He is a true asset to Lonestar Air Systems.

I bought a new a/c and furnance unit from Lone Star Air Systems. The installers were efficient and finished in 6 hours. The next day the technician Robert, followed up to check out the system and calibrate the propane. The Salesman and all involved were very nice and got the job done in a timely manner.
